The Input Variables API lets you manage the workspace-level registry of variable keys — CSV column names and template tokens (e.g. mobile_no, name, plan) that audiences and agent prompts reference. Variables are either System (predefined, read-only, shared across every workspace) or User Defined (created per workspace).
  • Use Create Input Variable to add a new User Defined variable.
  • Use List Input Variables to retrieve the paginated registry, including where each variable is used.
  • Use Update Input Variable to modify or soft-delete an existing User Defined variable.
