The Audience API lets you build and manage reusable, channel-agnostic contact lists. An audience is a named list of contacts — a mobile number plus any custom columns (called input variables) — uploaded or entered once and then tagged to one or more campaigns (calling, WhatsApp, etc.) without re-uploading the same data.
  • Use Create Audience to build a new audience from a file upload and/or a JSON contact list, or to append more contacts to an existing one.
  • Use Update Audience to rename or describe an audience, or soft-delete it.
  • Use List Audiences to retrieve the paginated list of audiences in the workspace.
  • Use Audience Summary List for a lightweight, unpaginated list (for dropdowns/pickers).
  • Use Audience Details to fetch a single audience’s metadata.
  • Use List Audience Contacts to page through the contacts inside an audience.
  • Use Export Audience Contacts to download an audience’s contacts (and call history) as an Excel file.
  • Use Delete Audience Contacts to soft-delete one or more contacts by ID.
  • Use Download Audience Template to download a blank Excel template matching an agent’s, an audience’s, or a chosen set of columns.
